Where I come from

I'm from Cali, Colombia. I spent years inside hiring and social security operations: affiliating people, chasing returns, jumping between EPS, ARL, AFP, and caja portals. That work shaped how I think: if a process burns your best people on typing, the answer isn't more headcount. It's a better system. I founded ECORPA to build that system, and I keep building it every day.

Founded ECORPA to take the pain out of social security affiliations, background checks, and document validation for talent and staffing operations in Colombia.
I still build the product myself: what we ship comes from having lived those portals, not from a slide deck.
Companies use ECORPA so their teams stop jumping between entities and spend time deciding, not retyping.

Product and operationsI design around real workflows: affiliations, validations, traceability. Not feature lists disconnected from the floor.

Social security in ColombiaI know the day-to-day of EPS, ARL, AFP, cajas and the operational pain between them, because I worked that floor.

Connecting messy operationsI turn scattered portals and handoffs into one place a team can actually run.

Taking work off peopleI care about killing copy-paste and portal hopping so people hired for judgment stop living as typists.

Shipping productI care that it ships, holds up when volume hits, and stays clear for the people who use it.
