A milestone that wasn't a job title

Leaving pure operations behind wasn't a promotion on a ladder. It was deciding to build the system I wished existed.

For a long time my path looked linear: operate social security processes, then automate them, then help others do the same. Each step taught something the previous one couldn't. But the real milestone wasn't a new title. It was deciding to stop polishing someone else's product and build the one I kept wishing for on the floor.
Years inside hiring and social security ops taught me the portals, the returns, the copy-paste, and what happens when an area lives under volume. That was the raw material for ECORPA. Not a pitch deck. A problem I had already lived.
Founding a company from a problem you lived is different from pitching a market you researched. You carry the scars of the workflow. You also carry the obligation not to sell theater: only systems that reduce rework for people who were hired for judgment, not for typing.
This site isn't a job hunt. It's a place to show the work, the blog, and the company. The next chapters are still being built in product, in customers, and in the boring reliable pieces that make automation trustworthy.
