ECORPA is the company I founded after years inside social security and hiring operations. I knew the cost of portal hopping, returns, and copy-paste work: not as a theory, as a daily routine. We help companies affiliate people to EPS, ARL, AFP, and cajas, run the checks they need, and validate documents, so talent teams stop drowning in rework. I still build the product. What we ship only makes sense if you've lived those workflows.

Why it exists

Most tools for this space are designed from the outside. ECORPA comes from the inside: I worked the same processes our customers still fight. The point is to give time back to people who were hired for judgment, not for typing cédulas into forms.
